Paying for your ONCHAIN® Ramp subscription is straightforward and largely automated. While topping up your wallet involves a typical crypto transfer, once funds are in your ONCHAIN® Ramp business wallet, your subscription payments are handled automatically.
Understanding Subscription Payments
Your ONCHAIN® Ramp subscription is paid directly from the business wallet linked in your billing settings. On the day of your subscription renewal, the necessary funds will be automatically deducted from this wallet.
You have two convenient options for your settlement asset:
USDC: Ensure you have the correct type of USDC (on the blockchain you selected during signup) in your linked wallet.
(COMING SOON) Your Project's Token: For added convenience, you can also opt to use your own project's token as the settlement asset.
Please Note: The value of project tokens can fluctuate relative to USDC. We recommend verifying that the value of your tokens in the wallet matches the subscription cost close to your renewal date.
Topping Up Your Business Wallet
To ensure a seamless renewal, you'll need to transfer the required funds into your linked business wallet.
Fund Your External Wallet: Make sure you have the necessary USDC or your project's token in another cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.).
Send Funds to Your Business Wallet: Initiate a transfer from your external wallet to your ONCHAIN® Ramp business wallet listed in your billing settings. This process is identical to any other wallet-to-wallet crypto transfer.
Important Security Reminder: Always double-check all transfer details (wallet address, network, and amount) before sending any cryptocurrency. Crypto transactions are irreversible.
