ONCHAIN® Ramp only lists assets that meet specific requirements. These requirements are grouped into four main categories:

  1. Clearing Protocol

  2. Token Name Filter

  3. Public Whitepaper

  4. Restricted Activities

Clearing Protocol

Every asset available through ONCHAIN® Ramp undergoes a comprehensive on-chain technical risk assessment known as the Clearing Protocol. This protocol leverages industry-leading technology to evaluate each asset. Assets deemed high risk will not be eligible for listing on ONCHAIN® Ramp.

The Clearing Protocol evaluates several factors, including but not limited to:

  • Liquidity Check

    • Minimum liquidity must be ≥ $10,000.

  • Contract Security Checks

    • The contract must be open source.

    • It cannot include a self-destruct mechanism.

    • It must not allow the owner to change balances.

  • Trading Security Checks

    • The token must be tradeable on a decentralized exchange.

    • It must comply with buy/sell tax restrictions.

    • The asset must be purchasable.

    • It cannot be a honeypot.

Token Name Filter

Our token criteria includes guidelines for the naming of digital assets. We reserve the right to filter out any asset names that:

  • Contain rude or offensive language

  • Use tickers or symbols that closely resemble those of well-established projects

  • Are duplicate of copycat scam assets.

    • Legal name, address, and jurisdiction of the issuer and any associated service providers.

  • Token Details

    • A clear description of the token’s purpose, functionality, and any rights, benefits, or obligations attached to it.

  • Risk Disclosure

    • Comprehensive disclosure of financial, operational, regulatory, and issuer-specific risks.

  • Consumer Protection

    • Refund mechanisms, complaint-handling processes, and liability disclaimers.

  • Audits and Security

  • Accessibility

    • The whitepaper must be published on a durable medium and be available in relevant languages.

We do not allow the use of ONCHAIN® Ramp for the sale of tokens when the funds are intended—either implicitly or explicitly—for promoting or engaging in any of the following activities:
